Ian Marley is a co-founder of Agora Consulting Solutions and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He has approximately 18 years of delivery experience in financial services, concentrated in remediation and compliance operations.
His work has focused on financial crime transformation and remediation: designing and running customer due diligence operating models, recovering file backlogs, improving the quality and consistency of customer records, and building the control and evidence structures that allow a firm to explain its decisions after the fact.
