Due Diligence Platform — fourteen modules

Onboarding. One field opens the case. Companies House and the Charity Commission resolve the entity and pre-populate the case roster in one round trip.
Nature of Business. Inferred from website, Companies House filings, SIC, geography and revenue source — not asked of the customer.
Ownership. Recursive resolution of the corporate ownership tree from Companies House; UBOs at 25% effective holding flagged and queued for ID&V.
Screening. 247 sanctions, PEP and adverse-media watchlists including FATF, HMT OFSI, UN, EU and US OFAC, plus address screening.
L1 Rule Engine. Client rules applied inside the engine before alerts are raised — order-of-magnitude alert reduction; every non-alert logged with rule citation.
Identity Verification. Document forensics, liveness, biometric match and extracted-data verification; UBOs verified via time-limited token, no platform login required.
Transaction Review. 449-jurisdiction risk database, five-tier severity scoring, AI-drafted outreach per alert.
Outreach Portal. UBO verification, transaction questions and SoF requests drafted, queued, sent and tracked.
Risk Assessment. Eight weighted factors produce LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / PROHIBITED and set the DD level (SDD, CDD, EDD).
Case Report. Regulator-defensible audit pack assembled live; exportable as PDF, JSON, XML or CSV via SFTP.
Perpetual KYC. Continuous re-screening and event-driven review; periodic review is the fallback.
AI SME. RAG over MLR 2017, the FCA Handbook, JMLSG and your SOPs; citable, confidence-scored answers.
Quality Control. Versioned scorecards, risk-based and performance-based sampling, bounded rework cycles.
Batch Remediation. Upload a CSV; the full ten-stage pipeline runs per row — remediation becomes a job, not a programme.
